21 Day Fix


Another challenge group starts officially tomorrow…

I’ve been participating in 21 Day Fix challenge groups the last two months to help me stay on track health and fitness wise…I’m seeing huge changes in how I feel (despite getting sick) and in how clothes fit. Tomorrow, I’m starting my third one, and I thought I’d share it with you!

It’s 30 minutes of exercise per day and clean eating (you get to eat so much food, though!).
